We are proud of our Downieville School, comprised of Downieville Elementary School and Downieville Jr./Sr. High School, and what our students accomplish while they learn and grow here. Our students are nurtured for who they are as individuals and our "village" approach to raising wonderful children shows in our graduates' strong sense of self, work ethic, and resilience as they embark on their post-high school journeys. We have college-preparatory offerings and a growing CTE program with one pathway in Woodworking. Students at Downieville School are crucial members of our school community and participate in decision-making, organizing events, and bringing people together in celebration of one another.
